Therapy Fees
**Please note that if a 50-minute face-to-face session is not suitable for your child, the therapist can adjust the duration upon request.
**Please note that if a therapy session is expected to run longer than the agreed duration, your therapist will inform you. You may choose to end the session or continue, depending on the therapist’s availability. Any additional time beyond the agreed duration will be invoiced accordingly.
**Notes on Documentation:
The maximum charge for documentation time has been outlined in the above Fee Schedule, and participants will not be charged beyond this maximum. However, the actual time required for documentation may vary depending on the nature and complexity of each session, typically ranging between 15 to 30 minutes.
All support provided to clients/participants must be documented to comply with relevant legislation. Therefore, all notes and reports generated are billable and will be provided to families.
