Assessment and Reports

Comprehensive Assessments for Tailored Support

We offer a range of formal and informal assessments to build a comprehensive understanding of your child’s strengths, differences, and areas of support. These assessments help guide therapy planning, inform funding applications, and support collaboration across home, school, and community settings.

Individualised Assessments Backed by Expertise

Our therapist will use a combination of standardised tools, clinical observations, and input from families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the assessment is relevant and individualised.

We use strengths–based, neurodiversity–affirming lenses throughout the assessment process. Our aim is to ensure that supports are practical, relevant, and reflective of your child’s real–world experiences.

Assessment Types May Include:

Some assessment services require more detailed clinical reasoning and observation over time. As such, they are typically available to families who have completed an intake session and are continuing with ongoing therapy.

Disclaimer: Strength-based report

Our reports are written with care and respect. We aim to show a full picture of your child, their strengths, their needs, and what supports will help them thrive.

We use positive, strengths-based language. Instead of saying things like “struggled” or “failed,” we say “benefits from support” or “is still developing this skill.

We want you to feel proud and understood when you read your child’s report.
